Natalia Grassis serves as Chief Clinical Research Services Officer at Ergomed, bringing over 20 years of experience in clinical research to the company’s leadership team. She is dedicated to advancing healthcare and fostering a collaborative, forward-thinking culture across the organization.
Before joining Ergomed, Natalia served as Executive Vice President of Global Clinical Operations and Delivery at Veristat. She also held the role of Head of Clinical Operations at gene therapy biotech firm Freeline, giving her direct insight into sponsor needs and priorities, as well as senior leadership positions including Corporate Vice President at Parexel and Director of Clinical Management at PPD (Thermo Fisher).
In her current role, Natalia leads the development of innovative operational strategies and processes that support the delivery of high-quality services to clients worldwide. She also holds global profit and loss responsibility and is known for building strong, trusted client relationships. A committed mentor and leader, Natalia has also been an active member of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives for more than seven years.
Natalia is based in North Carolina and holds Master’s degrees in Biochemistry and Management from the National University of Rosario and the University of Belgrano.
