Louise Donaldson
Associate Director, Vendor Management, Ergomed
Louise has been working in the pharma industry for the past 18 years, supporting business development and proposals teams before transitioning to contracts and vendor management. Three years ago, Louise joined Ergomed and took charge of vendor management, a responsibility primarily handled by the operational teams. Since her arrival, she has implemented a comprehensive Vendor Management process, encompassing initial selection, assessment, contracting, and governance. To streamline operations, she successfully introduced Salesforce as a centralized database for tracking vendors, contracts, capabilities, and performance. Additionally, Louise established an internal SharePoint site to facilitate seamless information sharing across all departments within Ergomed. Currently, she manages a dedicated vendor management group, entrusted with providing full support to operational teams in all vendor-related matters.
