He has worked on a number of healthcare transactions, including Ergomed, Althea, and Kedrion, supporting businesses through periods of transformation and scale.
Prior to joining Permira, Peter spent several years at Bain Capital Private Equity, most recently as a Vice President in the London-based Healthcare team. Earlier in his career, he worked in UK M&A advisory at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, advising on complex transactions within the healthcare and life sciences space.
