Silvia Oteri is a Board Member of Ergomed Group and Partner and Global Head of Healthcare at Permira, where she leads healthcare investments across Europe and globally.
She brings extensive experience in building and supporting market-leading healthcare and life sciences businesses, with a strong focus on long-term value creation and international growth. Silvia has led or supported investments across a broad portfolio, including Ergomed, Kedrion, Neuraxpharm, Quotient Sciences, Corin, Althea, Ferretti Group, Grandi Navi Veloci, Iglo Group, and Marazzi Group.
Prior to joining Permira, Silvia worked at BA Capital Partners and Bank of America’s Private Equity Group in London and Milan. Earlier in her career, she spent four years at Value Partners Management Consulting, working across Italy and Brazil, where she developed a strong foundation in strategic and operational advisory.
Silvia’s global investment perspective, combined with her deep healthcare sector expertise, provides valuable strategic insight to the Ergomed Board as the Group continues to expand its international footprint.
